Every Wednesday and Friday from 10a.m. to 2 p.m. and every Thursday 4 p.m. to 7p.m.  we hold a drop-in information and advice session in our office at 15 Surrey Street, Lowestoft  NR32 1LJ.  Click here for a map .

We can help by:

• Making telephone calls on clients’ behalf
• Writing letters
• Signposting clients to other useful organisations
• Providing leaflets and local information 

We can help with queries relating to:

• Benefits/tax credits
• Employment eg National Insurance Number
• Driving in the UK
• Health eg finding a doctor or dentist
• Housing
• The UK Education system
• Local cheap or free English/ESOL classes
• Bills/connection to services such as gas, water, telephone
• Other types of problem
